Project Overview
We participated in the electrical scope for the multifamily development located in Midtown Atlanta, known as Momentum Midtown, a large-scale high-rise project developed under a new construction model.
Development Details
This development consists of a 36-story residential tower with approximately 376 units, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with high-end amenities such as a rooftop pool, shared spaces, fitness center, and coworking areas.

The electrical systems we installed support everything from individual unit power and lighting to extensive common area lighting, amenity spaces, and building infrastructure including fire safety systems, elevators, and modern building management systems.
Project Challenges & Solutions
